Mr. Fried graduated from Hamilton College in 1988 with a BA in International Relations. Mr. Fried received a Masters of Real Estate Development from Columbia Architecture School in 1992 and received an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School in 1994. Since 1994, Mr. Fried has worked on Wall Street focusing on the capital markets as well as development opportunities with Exeter Building Corporation. At Exeter, Mr. Fried was responsible for identifying new development sites, performing due diligence and determining the feasibility for achieving final State and local government approvals. In addition, Mr. Fried worked with industry experts to design, construct and market the properties. While on Wall Street, Mr. Fried worked with several top hedge funds including Scoggin Capital ($2bn AUM) and Tyrian Investments ($1bn AUM Tiger Cub Fund).
